I founded M-POWER after 25 years in the technology sector, working across project coordination and management, sales development and management, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership roles.
I understand the operational friction leaders face, having been directly exposed to these challenges in contexts of growth, transformation, and organizational alignment: disconnected systems, duplicated work, knowledge concentrated in the hands of a few people, and teams expected to adopt new tools without a clear structure.

The AI Leadership Alignment Session (your leadership): a strategic service.
